New Real Estate Agent

Well after 14 weeks with our first Agent, we've had exactly zero offers to buy our current house.  We have just enlisted the services of Graeme Knox from First National Real Estate Glenmore Park, and hopefully we will see some success with this guy.  In the mean time, we have been reviewing the plans for the Glenleigh and expect to have the plans finalised by the end of the week.  Once the drawings are finished, we will post them up here, and then we start the process of selecting tiles, gutters, windows, bricks etc.  Hopefully the next entry will also include news that Kuma Pl is sold!
